Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 4 cups grated carrots

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Sift together sugar, baking soda, flour, salt, and cinnamon
  3. Add oil, eggs, vanilla, milk, and apple sauce
  4. Add carrots and coconut
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes in a greased 9″ x 13″ pan or two round 9″ pans
  6. Frost with cream cheese icing of your choice
