This Ride was a tough one, but I really like cutting over to Simsbury and back, wish you could have come with me 🙂  I didn’t get any pictures from during the ride, but made sure to get one afterwards.. betcha can’t guess who was on the other side of the camera.

I got to try out my new biking jacket though, which was great.  I even had to unzip up the big hills (~3,000′!) to cool down though.  I also got to use the toe covers finally (almost didn’t since you hid them so well), which also worked out very well.  The full covers may have been a little much for the ride today, so these were great as well.  Thank you 🙂

Hope you had a good ride today also!  Its hard to tell in the picture above, but it had just started raining as I got home.  TTL, because I definitely didn’t have the energy to go any faster!

Also, I’m excited to see how many miles we ride in total this year, now that we have a reference point.
