Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 15oz can of pumpkin
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1½ cups oatmeal
  • 1½ cups flour
  • 1½ cups choc chips (semisweet, or whatever you usually like for your cookies)
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350
  2. Mix the butter, sugar, brown sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, and egg together in a bowl.
  3. Add in the flour, oatmeal, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  4. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  5. Spray pan, roll dough into small patties and place on the pan. (The cookies will not rise or spread out very much on the pan once in the oven, so you can put them fairly close together)
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

  1. haha fall-ish / autumn-esque is what I was going for 😉 I specifically put them below that sign. I’m glad you noticed. And you were right, I brought you some!

  2. Those look good. I wonder if you’ll be so kind as to bring me some when you come tonight. I bet you will, you’re usually good like that 🙂 If not though I’ll still let you stay. The picture looks really autumnesque though, probably only because of the “Trick OR Treat” sign 🙂
