I love getting notes, and you and my mom are both pretty good at leaving them for me 🙂
This weekend, Chris and I split up: he went to Connecticut for Sean and Amanda’s wedding, and I went to Cape Cod for Molly and Sam’s wedding. I had a lot of fun with some friends that I hadn’t seen in a while!
Kayla (California) and Leland (DC and all over the world) took some time out of dancing at the reception to report on the evening:
I love time with my cousin Grace, because she’s totally the yin to my yang. She loosens up my buttoned-up, rule-following, type A personality and makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable until I totally let loose and get down with my inner weirdness.
Now that we are married, it seems we are more qualified to receive Christmas letters. I’ve never gotten this many before, and I like being referred to as a unit 😉.
After the cyclocross race this morning, a relaxing afternoon was in store for Rachel & me. And being such a beautiful, sunny day, what better way to relax and enjoy the weather than by floating atop a body of water? We invited both my parents, but only got one bite. Since the kayaks were both claimed, my mom dusted the cobwebs off her old inflatable boat and we were a trio.
