Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sourmilk (mix regular milk with a little bit of vinegar and let it sit for a few minutes to make it sour)
- 2 large bananas (or 3 smaller ones)
- 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Mix together all of the wet ingredients.
- Mix in the dry ingredients.
- Mix in the chocolate chips
- Bake for 25 minutes in a greased 9″ x 13″ pan, until light light golden brown – DO NOT OVERCOOK!
